Overall, facility is maintained in a sanitary manner. -Handwash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water -All coolers (walk-in and prep/display) are at 4C -Walk-in freezer is below -18C -Hot holding units holding foods at above 60C. Ensure soups, meatballs, and hot held items are fully heated to 74C before putting into hot holding unit -Temperature logs are maintained as per Food Safety Plan -3 compartment sink is used properly and sanitizer reaches 200ppm QUATs -Sanitizer spray bottle achieves 200ppm QUATs.
