General Comments: Business is not open for dine in or take out services. It only caters for large events. All coolers are below 4 degC All freezers are below -18 degC Wiping rags are stored in 200ppm bleach solution. DO NOT MIX SOAP AND BLEACH AS DISCUSSED. Handsinks are fully equipped; washroom sink's fully equipped Dishwasher rinse temperature was 79 degC at plate level. Operator has purchased a new dishwasher. Exhaust hood has been serviced. Next service date isn't until June 2024. Opened dry goods are in closed bins/coolers. No pest activity noted.
