dishwasher's pump was repaired and sanitizer was observed to be flowing through the feed pipes. sanitizer measured 100 ppm at dish surface
Extensive cleaning and organizing conducted in back storage room - good. New shelves installed as well. continue to clean often and thoroughly.
Sushi bar wall counter area had been cleaned up. clean often and thoroughly.
Chest freezer in the back of house had been repaired
New baseboard installed underneath storage room 2 comp sink
Cleaning conducted in front of house bar area and pests removed
