Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - ADCQG4:

100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use.
Improvement in staff hand hygiene. Reminder that the use of gloves does not replacement adequate hand washing using liquid soap, warm water, and single use paper towels. Wash hands frequently.
All opened cans of food products transferred to adequate food containers with proper lids/covers.
Cardboard on floor along cooking line removed.
Magnetic knife holder in place at large chopping block.
Operator has obtained and IR gun with probe thermometer attachment for temperature monitoring. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
