Observation: Build-up of dried mushrooms and other veggies noticed on the veggie slicer blade. Food and dirt build up observed between the white plastic cutting board and stainless steel prep table.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Blades of the veggie slicer must be removed and washed in the sink using a long handled brush. Ensure that all parts of the slicer are cleaned and then sanitized as per manufacturer's instructions ( immediately). Veggie slicer must be washed and sanitized 3-4 times a day.
2. Remove the white cutting board and wash boths sides in the sink using hot soapy water. Remove all food build-up from in between the cuttin board and stainless steel table ( By Nov.20, 2019). underneath this plastic

* Clean and organize the back storage area and shelves. All chemicals and cleaning agents must be stored on the bottom shelves.
* Clean the hand sink that is currently not in use.
