Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - One handsink at front right side of the premises had no liquid soap in dispenser at the time of inspection
- Handsink near drive-through window was not accessible due to sanitizer bucket stored in front of the handwashing station
Corrective Action(s): - Replace liquid soap in dispenser as soon as your run out of supply
- Donot store any items in front of the handsink and ensure that it is easily accessible by your staff at all times

Comments

- All handsinks at the back and front left of the premises are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers- walk-in cooler, undercounter cooler near drive-through window,sandwich prep cooler, display cooler, milk cooler are measured at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer us functional and is measured at -17C
- Hot holding units are all measured at greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution buckets are measured at 200ppm quats concentration. NOTE: Three compartment sink sanitizer dispenser is measured at more than 400ppm quats concentration. Adjust the concentration so that it measures between 200-400ppm quats concentration. Meanwhile, check the concentration everytime and ensure that all food contact surfaces are rinsed after sanitizing if concentration is more than 400ppm
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Foodsafe certification is verified.
