Routine check.
Coolers - satisfactory.
No hot holding. Food is cooked/reheated to order.
Previously reviewed procedures for cooking chicken - cook to at least 74 C and then cool (60-20 C in 2 hours or less and 20- 4 C in 4 hours or less).
Samosas - receipts are available.
Hand washing - liquid soap and paper towels, in dispensers are available at both hand washing sinks.
Staff washroom door is closed - good.
Bleach is available. Sign for manual dishwasher and sanitizing is posted (using 1 tsp domestic bleach in 1 liter of water).
Take out only.
Owner on site has a valid Food Safe Level 1 certificate.
