However, debris still observed in the ice bin and wet rag was stored inside the ice bin. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to CLEAN and SANITIZE the ice bin the night before. Educate bar staff to maintain the sink in sanitary condition. Staff on site cleaned the ice bin at the time of inspection. Violation Score: 15
