Comments

Routine inspection conducted. Premise is generally maintained in good sanitary condition. The following observations were made during the inspection:

Sanitizer dispenser releases 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compound (QUATS) in 3-compartment sink
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached >71C at the plate. **It was discussed with staff members that they should be recording the temperature achieved at the final rinse cycle in Fahrenheit on their log sheet, which should be at 180F or above (at the manifold/tank) in accordance with manufacturer's requirements**
Temperatures were consistent with health requirements:
Undercounter coolers and stand-up coolers reached 4C or less
Freezer units were maintained at -18C or below
Thermometers were present in each cooler unit
No visible signs of recent, visible pest activity was noted at time of inspection
Assistant manager has current and valid FoodSafe 1 equivalent certification
COVID-19 safety plan available and in use. Visitors required to pass survey requirements on tablet. Temperature check with IR thermometer conducted as well.

Follow-up inspection to occur regarding hand washing and sanitizer levels. Signature not required due to COVID-19.
