Comments

Quat santiizer in both the rag bucket underneath the main prep area in kitchen as well as the bucket underneath the cashier at the far end by the handsink was at 200 ppm quats. Timer is available for sanitizer and is set for every 2 hours, which reminds staff when the old sanitizer needs to be dumped out and new sanitizer placed into bucket.

Ensure to continually check sanitizer concentration throughout the day as well to ensure that you are always disinfecting your food contact surfaces with 200 ppm quats. If the concentration is less than 200 ppm, then your sanitizer is not going to effectively disinfect your surfaces.

Thank you for the corrections.
