Owner is away at the time of inspection.

Owner is recertified and most of the staff - Thank you
They have some new staff at the time and they are going through the training process
Bleach is used as approved sanitizer
Low temperature dishwasher is supplied with bleach and measured at 100ppm
test strips are available

Suggestion: Clean the vents in the display cooler ( at the front )
Ceiling tiles in the back/kitchen area to be cleaned, including the vents.
