-Deli slicer's sharpener housing found to have food build up inside
-pop wand in the bar fond to have mildew build up in the nozzle
-utensils for flat top stored in water at 56C
Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted 2 items immediately. this must be done on a more frequent basis.

Observation: Kitchen area's small glass door cooler unable to maintain contents <4C, however this cooler was not in use as it is being replaced
Corrective Action(s): continue to keep this cooler unit unused since it is not repaired.
