Cleaning completed in bar and fryer area. Weather strip added to back screen door. Floor tiles replaced but in black. Recommend light color tiles to facilitate cleaning as discussed prior to tile replacement. Discussed emptying mop water and hanging mops upside down when dried. Rinse recycling bottles prior to disposal and take out waste more frequently.
