Follow up inspection conducted:
-General sanitation has greatly improved in the following areas:
1) In the upstairs area, some boxes have been removed and the area is more organized.
2) Underneath and behind the cooking line is much cleaner
3) The area by the back door is also cleaner, the mop bucket is stored away from the large mixing bowl and food prep area
-No rodent droppings observed; Pest control visit (APC pest control) on January 26 indicated no signs of rodent activity
-No raw meats stored on middle racks of walk in cooler
-Owner was on site at time of inspection and is FoodSafe certified. However, his certificate is from 1996. This certificate will expire on July 29, 2018. You can either retake the level 1 FoodSafe course, or go to the FoodSafe website and take the online refresher. Also ensure that when you are not on site, at least one other person is on site that has FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
