Observation: The undercounter fridge was at 12 degC. The temperature dial had been turned down. There was only eggs and green onions being stored in it at the time. Eggs were moved to another cooler.
Corrective Action(s): The temperature dial was adjusted during the inspection. If the fridge does not drop to 4 degC or below, do not store PHF's (potentially hazardous foods) in it. Get it fixed if needed.

-Hand sink is fully equipped.
-200ppm bleach solution is available on-site.
-Operator does cook meats, etc but uses the toaster oven. Eggs are fried on an electric griddle. Do not cook any foods at home as discussed.
-Operator has switched to single use utensils.
