- Do not place phone on food contact surfaces
- When defrosting food under running cold water, ensure that there are no dirty dishes or dishwashing in the area

- Hot holdings units are not in use
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles and buckets at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
- Dry storage area is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection
