Observation: No staff member onsite with Foodsafe.
Corrective Action(s): Someone on site at all times must have Foodsafe. Have more staff members take Foodsafe, staff told me only manager and assistant manager have Foodsafe, both not onsite today. by May 1/18

-Quats at 200ppm
-general sanitation good
-temp logs are being maintained however several temperatures are being written down as outside of the acceptable temperature range and nothing is being done about it. These logs must be reviewed and corrective action must be written down
