Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the owner. - Overall sanitation was satisfactory. - Hand sink and staff washroom fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water. - All the display coolers, walk in cooler (dairy and produce) temperature < or = 4C - All the chest freezers and upright freezers < -18C. - 100ppm bleach available for surface sanitation. - 2 compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitation. - No food processing onsite. - All the bulk foods well organized in dispensers on retail floor. - Randomly checked Best Before Dates of the nuts, no expired food observed. - All the food containers off floor and no spills. - The rolling receiving door closed tight, no gap on the bottom.
