Observation: The high temperature dishwasher only reached 43 degrees Celsius on the plate surface.
Correction: This temperature is not adequate to sanitize dishware. The temperature must be fixed in order to reach atleast 71 degrees Celsius on the plate surface so it can adequately sanitize dishware. Do not use the dishwasher until it has been fixed. Use the 2 compartment sink only (operator instructed how to sanitize using pre-mixed 200 ppm Quats solution.
