-Follow-up inspection to January 9, 2024.
-Cooler #8 has been repaired a second time and was found to be 4C. Accurate thermometer was present in cold holding unit and temperatures were being checked and recorded daily.
*Thermometers for cooler units #2 and #3 are not accurate. Temperatures indicated -6C/-2C when temperatures were at 1C/2C. Obtain accurate thermometers for all cooler units to verify cold holding units are functioning properly.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm to 200ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse (minimum of 50ppm required for sanitizing). Staff are properly testing and recording chemical concentration twice daily.
-Staff observed practicing good glove use practices at the time of inspection. Staff properly changed gloves after touching the lid of the garbage can.
-Did not observe staff storing phones on food contact surfaces at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe foods thawed at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
