Follow up inspection:
-Vegetable slicer observed with food residue on it yesterday that Operator described as an extra item not required for business use was removed from the food premises.
-The vegetable slicer observed on-site that is used for food preparation was in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
-Lids for pots and pans were stored off the floor to protect them from any potential contamination.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside a labelled spray bottle and sanitizer pail.

Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
