Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Inside of dishwasher (propellers, ceiling and walls) have accumulation of food debris and grime. Staff started to clean and sanitize inside of dishwasher during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean inside of dishwasher with detergent and water, and then sanitize.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
Hot holding (for pick up pizza boxes) maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Thermometers available for all cold holding units.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 75.6 degrees Celsius at dish level.
- QUATS in all sanitizer buckets = 200 ppm.
- All food protected from contamination:
Stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Covered with a food grade cover/lid.
Proper storage methods observed.
- No evidence of any pest activity at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation of premises very good.
- Employee washroom clean and hand sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Premises well lit.
