Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BB2P35: Increased pest control services still in place. Additional traps still in place for monitoring. Opened several traps place within premise, no rodents caught in traps. Continue to monitor rodent issue. Some droppings still observed in the liquour storage area floor. Clean and sanitize with 200ppm quats. Leak at the preparation line hand sink fixed. Reminder to: Clean any food spills quickly. Clean underneath and behind all hard to reach areas. As discussed in the previous inspection send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1.
