Follow up inspection to PDHL-C5SVKY - One display cooler in the kitchen area was repaired and reached 4C or lower during inspection - Second display cooler not in operation - will be replaced as soon as possible - Operator has purchased shelving to ensure all food items are raised at least 6 inches off of the ground - General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate - All previous violations corrected from previous inspection *Contact the health officer as soon as the new cooler is installed* No signature required due to COVID-19 Please contact the health officer if there are any questions or concerns
