Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station was obstructed with a container of cilantro.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible at all times to facilitate proper handwashing. Cilantro was removed at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff member was observed using a phone with a gloved hand and continued to handle food without changing gloves.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure gloves are changed whenever the become contaminated to prevent potential cross contamination. Glove use practices were reviewed with staff member at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer pail was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Containers will need to be relabelled as needed. Pail was labelled at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C (top) and 2C (bottom).
-Display cooler was at 2C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Front upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -22C.
-Cooked food items were cooled to 4C or less.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plug available.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-Dicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Staff properly disassemble dicer after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods covered and stored off the ground.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Professional pest control services offered by T&T pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until November 20, 2027.
