Observation: Mice droppings identified upstairs around hot water tank and on shelving units. Few droppings found in gap between wall and garbage receptacle in the front.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize the affected areas and ensure all bins have tight fitting lids.

Observation: Grease build up in exhaust hood, food debris under deep fryer and under shelving units of walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Please have exhaust hood serviced (overdue) and all noted areas properly cleaned by follow up inspection.

Observation: Floor tile in front of mop sink is still broken.
Corrective Action(s): Have the floor tile repaired/replaced by follow up inspection. All surfaces must be smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent.
