Observation:
Extra buckets, household furniture (coffee table, arm chairs, electric fireplace, coat rack, etc.) are being stored in the back food processing area. These items are not related to the running of the business; prevent the easy cleaning of the facility; and creates an environment that will harbor pests. This violation was found in the last inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Remove, recycle or throw away any items in excess or that do not directly relate to the running of the business.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -12C; hot holding units above 60C; and thermometers present.
- Bleach sanitizer spray had [Cl2] of 100ppm.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods store in food grade containers; covered; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins separate from other foods; and stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks.
- No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is adequate. Improvement in hard to reach areas (below and behind prep tables and equipment), and complete detailed cleaning of the facility (table and equipment legs, outside of food containers/buckets, shelves bucket of spices are stored on).
- No signs of pests.
- Owner possesses a valid FoodSafe certificate (expires in 2023).
- All foods offered in disposable wrappers or containers.
