Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A tub of mouldy feta cheese water was found in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Staff stated that the tub of mouldy feta cheese water was to be discarded. Staff discarded this at the time of inspection. Do not store food that is not fit for human consumption in the premises; discard immediately.

Observation: 1) Food debris observed in the deli slicer.

2) Debris observed on the walk-in cooler fan covers.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Do not use this machine until it is cleaned and sanitized. If staff are not trained to clean this machine, purchase pre-sliced deli meats instead.

2) Clean the area noted.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizing solution measured 0ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer should measure 100ppm chlorine. Use a solution of 5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5mL of water. Staff made up a solution at the time of inspection.

Observation:
1) Exposed wood was observed in the walk-in cooler close to the door.

2) There is a crack in the countertop near the leftmost insert.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Repair this area so that it is smooth, durable and easy to clean.

2) Repair this area as per previous inspection.
