- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot / cold water, paper towel, and liquid soap
Temperatures:
- All fridges are below 4C
- All freezers are below -18C
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse reached 75.4C at the plate
- Thermometers were present in all fridges and freezers
General Sanitation and Maintenance:
- 2-compartment sink, plugs, and wall-mounted QUATS dispenser are available for dishwashing. (Not in sue during inspection).
- Wall-mounted QUATS dispenser was measured at 200ppm during inspection
- QUATS in spray bottles was available and measured at 200ppm
- Food products are stored covered, in food-grade containers / plastics, and 6-inches above the ground
- No signs of pests during inspection
- General facility sanitation and cleanliness is adequate
- Ice machine is clean and sanitary
- Washroom was clean and sanitary during inspection
Administrative:
- Permit is posted conspicuously, ensure to up-date decal (sticker)
- Temperature logs were available and maintained
- FoodSafe Level 1, or equivalent was available during inspection
- Pest control is handled by the building (complex). |
