Follow up inspection conducted: -No more rodent droppings observed in the back room area (by the large walk in cooler in the adjacent unit) -As discussed with large pots, ensure they are washed with soap/water and emptied in your 3 compartment sink. And then filled with bleach/water (at 100 ppm chlorine residual) for at least 2 minutes, then dumped in the 3 compartment sink, and then air dried.
