Note: Dump/handsink near office kept together with tuck tape. Silicone at the edge of the sink basin discoloured and peeling away, likely contributing to water leaks under and around this station. Fix this sink such that the basin and counter fit flush. Replace silicone with fresh bead and ensure there is no migration of water under the fixture. Review at next scheduled inspection. Sandwich prep cooler and all other coolers observed below 4 C. Freezers ok. Dishwasher at 75 C at plate. Hand wash stations all stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. No signs of drain or fruit flies. General sanitation and organization good at time of inspection.
