- Freezer: -19C
- Cooler: 4C
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 71C at dish surface
- Chlorine bleach available to make 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water).
- Disposable hookah mouth pieces available. Single use. Operator states that mouth pieces are discarded after each use.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.

**Food offered: pizza (from frozen), prepackaged snacks, desserts purchased from approved facilities. Food is served on disposable plates. Tea and beverages are served in glasses.
