Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BAMUXV: Code 302: The smaller sink plugs appeared to be able to plug the drain so the sink can be filled with water. Discussed with staff to provide proper sink plugs should the smaller plugs do not work. Pending items: Code 301: Staff mentioned that the soiled pizza trays in the wooden movable bin were not being used. When they were used they were washed. Discussed with staff that the trays must be properly washed and sanitized for storage. The bin must be degreased, washed and sanitized still. Correction date extension: March 29, 2019. Code 306: Pending correction for items to be cleaned: Correction date by: April 4, 2019. Items noted that was cleaned: the multiple spices tray. Code 307: The surface of the bin mentioned to be repaired to provide a smooth, non-absorbent, durable, easily cleanable surface. Correction date by: April 6, 2019. Code 311: Pending correction. Light covers for repair/replacement. Correction date by: April 8, 2019. **Discussed with operator that the sanitizer water level must be high enough to immerse the entire dish/utensil for at least 2 minutes.
