-Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels - Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius - Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200ppm concentration - Chemical-sanitizing dishwasher providing ≥50ppm chlorine residual during rinse cycle - Overall sanitation is satisfactory -Foods are properly stored and labelled -Temp log sheet is available and up to date - Chlorine and quats test strips are available. ** Facility has rodent issues ( since last year) Orkin is contracted ( twice per month). It is under control at this time. Some repair is required for the walls in staff washroom- it is scheduled for repair ( tiles will be put all around) No signature is obtained due to covid- explained verbally and a copy is provided at time of visit.
