Two of the shelves themselves are dirty and rusty making them difficult to clean. Area around the washing machine dry (good), but dirty. Corrective Action(s): Clean floor and shelves and laundry area. Violation Score: 9

Comments

Mop sink area needs to be better organized so dirty water can easily be dumped into basin. Discussed options with operator. New high temp dishwasher just purchased - installation underway during inspection. Looks nice. Make sure it is at proper temperature prior to use. **New shelves needed for walk-in cooler as discussed in previous inspection. Replace prior to next scheduled inspection. Generally the kitchen looks very well maintained and kitchen staff and cleaning staff to be commended. Keep it up.
