*Ensure to check Quats solution at the dispenser everyday with a test strip to verify it is 200 ppm.
-- contact the service company to fix the air gap in the sanitizer feed line.

* Strongly recommended to install plexi-glass sheets on the stainless steel storage shelves above the food prep areas to prevent food contamination.
* Clean the dust build-up on top of the ice machine and the machine lid.

All hand sinks and washrooms supplied with hot&cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel or air dryer.
All freezing units were at or below -18 degrees C.
All cooling units measured at or below 4 degrees C.
All hot held food items were at or above 60 degrees C.
Beef patties were hot held at 60 degrees C.
Quats concentration measured at 200 ppm in spray bottles and at the dispenser.
Temperature logs maintained.
General sanitation is excellent.
No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. Pest monitoring in place.
