Services provided:
-> Laser (hair removal, facials), Microneedling, esthetics(facials, dermaplaning), eyebrow lamination/tints, hydrofacial.

Notes:
-Laser: Active Health Canada Medical Device provided. Class 3B or 4 laser. Manual available. Eyewear optical density and wave length as per machine and was provided by manufacturer. Sign posted. No window in room; mirror s should be covered during services.
Follow manufacturer's instructions. Laser services can only be provided by those with training operator, L.D. provided certificates.
-Micro needling - pen has an active medical device licence. Needles are pre-packaged and have an expiry date. Verify sterilization prior to use. Disposable cover sleeve (plastic) for pen and cord.
-Dermaplaning - sterile, pre-packaged blades. Sharps container is available. Single use. Handle for blade use intermediate or higher level disinfectant.
Eyebrow tints 0 has correct labelling for use by professionals.
- HydroFacial: Single use disposable tips. Cavi Wipes utilized.

Disinfection
Low level (Pre-empt cleaner/disinfectant wipes), Intermediate (cavi-wipes). Use all chemicals as per the directions on the label.

* Expiration dates are to be monitored.

- (Follow guideline for dilution: 1 part bleach to 49 parts water/20 ml chlorine per 980 ml of water.)
- Health Canada approved laser/pen noted. Copies of certification are being kept on site.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Sanitation: facility clean and well organized.
- Single use items discarded after use. (Ie; razors, hydro facial tips,etc)
- Laundry services on site. Ensure all items (towels/linen) are washed after each client. Recommend hot water wash and hot dry cycle. Bed liners are to be changed after each client.
