Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Found large food processor to still have carrots inside after being washed.
2. Found dirty rag and food debris on the clean drain board where inserts were drying.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all equipment is washed and sanitized to remove all food debris before putting away.
2. Ensure clean side of dishwashing area remains clean and sanitized to prevent recontamination of equipment.

Observation: Found food and grease build up on shelves for clean dishes, walls, cupboards, ceiling, fand and food build up on floor.
Corrective Action(s): An extensive cleaning to remove all grease and food build up is required throughout premises including but not limited to the above noted areas.

Observation: Kitchen and auxillary storage room have lots of equipment, boxes and other items that are no longer required for daily business taking up space.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items that are no longer required for routine operation of premises inorder to provide additional storage for food, food contact surfaces (i.e. containers, equipment) which will help reduce food stored on the floor and personal items sored on food.
