- Freezers - satisfactory.
- Thermometers for all cold units available.
- All handwashing sinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel.
- Dry storage - satisfactory.
- Washrooms - satisfactory (hand dryers).
- Ice machine - clean; an ice-scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
- 3-compartment sink - satisfactory (pins - available) (with a wall-mounted sanitizer dispenser)
- Surface sanitizer/ Quat at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher at 79.9C.
Note: A workstation with built in sink is available near the dirty site of dishwasher now (was not in use at the time of inspection).
