Routine inspection conducted: Only chicken roasted in Deli, everything else is received pre-cooked. (eg: baked goods, cold cuts...), no meat processing.
- Hand washing station available with cold + hot running water, soap and paper towel.
- Sanitizer available in spray bottle @ 200 ppm Quatz. (Ensure to fill sanitizer with lukewarm water (room temp water).
- All coolers <4 degrees Celsius, all freezer <-18 degrees Celsius, temp log available
- Hot holding for roasted chicken temped @ 60 degrees Celsius.
- General sanitation satisfactory, no signs of pest. Contracted with Orkin.
