Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle had no detectable chlorine sanitizer. Spray bottle was foamy - soap may have been added to the container.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach must be maintained between 100ppm to 200ppm to allow for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Do not add soap to the bleach - soap may neutralize the bleach. Bleach bottle was emptied and prepared at 200ppm at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop was stored inside ingredient container, with the handle in contact with the ingredients.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Scoop was moved at the time of inspection.

Observation: Minor evidence of rodent droppings observed in the kitchen. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings and monitor for continued pest activity. Contact your pest control operator as needed. To prevent pest infestation, ensure the following are carried out: seal potential entry points, maintain facility in a clean and sanitary condition, remove organic waste/garbage from the facility on a regular basis, remove standing water, store foods off the ground and in pest resistant containers.

-Prep cooler was at 3C (top) and 4C (bottom).
-Upright double door cooler was at 2C.
-Upright glass door cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 79C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ice machine was clean and well maintained.
-Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 03, 2024.
