- Required cleaning has been completed. Continue to work on maintaining a high level of sanitation throughout the premises at all times.

- Pest control service report dated November 30, 2017 from Care Pest & Wildlife Control reviewed. Operator has followed recommendations noted on service report.
- Pest control services will now be provided monthly by Care Pest & Wildlife Control
- Continue to follow all recommendations provided by your pest control service technician.
