Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured >>> 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip. Staff was educated and made fresh bleach sanitizer during inspection which measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach food contact surface sanitizer must not exceed 200 ppm chlorine concentration to prevent chemical contamination of food. Ensure to prepare bleach sanitizer at a concentration of 100 - 200 ppm chlorine concentration by mixing 1/2-1 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water. Obtain bleach test strips to ensure staff are measuring food contact surface sanitizer throughout the day, or as per approved sanitation plan.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in service area is observed not supplied with paper towel during inspection. Paper towel was placed at the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all designated hand washing unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands properly, at adequate frequency to maintain sanitation and to prevent contamination of food.

Observation: Staff on site does not have proof of FOODSAFE Level 1 training on site. Staff stated that they took FOODSAFE level 1 about 3 years ago.
Corrective Action(s): Email staff's FOODSAFE Level 1 training to the health inspector to verify training is complete. If staff member is not trained, have staff member apply for FOODSAFE Level 1 training and submit a copy of the invoice to the health inspector.

Observations:
- 2-door glass cooler at 2'C
- 3-door stainless steel freezer at -20'C
- Under-counter mini cooler at 2'C
- General sanitation of premise is good during inspection
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 84'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Dishwasher cleaning schedule is maintained - good!
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Equipment is stored in a sanitary manner
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Permit posted in a conspiucous location on site
