Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Perishable foods (ie. cheese, cooked pasta, etc.) were stored in the top left cold drawer with an internal temperature of approximately 15°C. They were transferred from a working cooler about 1.5 hours ago.
Corrective Action(s): Move all perishable foods to a working cooler capable of maintaining food at ≤ 4°C.

Observation: Top left cold drawer is unable to maintain temperatures ≤ 4°C. Ambient temperature measured approximately 18°C.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the cold drawer so they are able to maintain temperatures ≤ 4°C. Do not resume usage of this cold drawer until a follow-up inspection has been conducted. Contact health inspector once repairs have been completed.

Follow-up to inspection conducted on Jan 4, 2023

- Hand washing station in the back area is turned off. Currently waiting for replacement parts. One compartment of the three compartment sink is temporarily being used as the hand washing station. Liquid soap and paper towels are provided.
- Top left cold drawer need attention. See above violation.
- Dry storage area reorganized so food items are no longer stored next to cleaning agents.
