Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 cleaned knives were stored wedged in between the wall and prep table in the back prep area - an area that is unable to be properly cleaned and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): The knives were removed for cleaning and sanitation during the inspection.
After the knives are cleaned, please store in an area that can be easily cleaned and sanitized.

Observation: Proper dispensers are now available and in-use for bulk food containers however some of the dispensers were stored in a manner where the handles are buried within the food products.
Corrective Action(s): Please either store all dispensers inside with the handles extending from the food products or store the dispensers outside the containers.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
A carton of cream was noted stored at room temperature at 19.7C. As per staff, they took it out approximately 15 minutes ago from the reach-in cooler. The carton of cream was returned to the cooler during the inspection. Please do not leave cold potentially hazardous food items out for an extended time period.
Food stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Sanitizer spray bottle noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Operator has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate.
