- QUAT sanitizer in 3rd compartment of the three compartment sink and in sanitizer bucket measured 400ppm. Ensure that QUAT sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm to prevent chemical contamination of food contact surfaces and/or foods.

- Handsink is maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Dishwasher is not in use as the load of dish is small. Manual dishwashing is the normal practice.
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C for coolers, <-18C fore freezers)
- Refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers accurate to 1C
- Temperature log is in place
- Dip well at the ice cream station is maintained in a sanitary manner. Vacuum breaker present to prevent backflow.
- Hot holding (gravy) was maintained >60C
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Staff holds FOODSAFE certificate
