Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door undercounter cooler is too warm. Air temperature is measured to be 9.0oC. Food temperatures ranged from 8.3oC (chicken) to 11.3oC (cut onion). Foods have been in this cooler since morning (time of visit at 3:15pm). Temperature log is usually maintained but none for today.
Corrective Action(s): Foods must be maintained at 4oC or less at all times. All foods in this cooler discarded (9 full containers, and 1 1/2 container).
