Cleaning conducted by professional exhaust cleaning services of the front signage, exterior of the cooking ventilation hood and surrounding area. Premise sanitation has been improved in this area. Grease runs and droplets not observed on these surfaces. Recommendation: Repeat cleaning of these surfaces when conducting scheduled cleaning services for the cooking ventilation hood to maintain sanitation.
