Liquid soap is now fully stocked at both handsinks. As mentioned, all handsinks must have liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water at all times.
Chemical low temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle. Please ensure to obtain test strips so that staff can test daily to make sure the proper sanitizer concentration is coming out of the tubes.
All foods in cooler covered.
