The manager mentioned that the maintenance personnel is expected to arrive this week. Corrective Action(s): Clean and/or replace the ceiling tiles with smooth, non-porous, and impervious to moisture ceiling tiles above the dishwashing area. Ensure the ceiling tiles are kept free of debris. Correct within 1 months time. This will be checked during the next routine inspection. Violation Score: 3
